Efekto Sluggem 500 g is a granular bait designed to control snails, slugs, and king crickets (Parktown prawns) in gardens. The ready-to-use pellets can be applied directly from the pack, making them convenient for targeting hard-to-reach areas without disturbing garden beds. Once applied, the pellets remain effective for a reasonable period, especially when moisture causes them to swell into individual mounds of bait. The product contains active ingredients Metaldehyde (30 g/kg) and Carbaryl (20 g/kg), enhancing its efficacy against a broad spectrum of pests. For optimal results, 500 g of Sluggem covers approximately 100 m². It is important to note that the product is poisonous if swallowed and may be harmful to children and fatal to domestic animals if ingested. Therefore, it should be used only as directed, kept out of reach of children and pets, and not applied onto edible crops. After use, hands should be washed thoroughly, and care should be taken to prevent contamination of food, water supplies, and fish ponds. Empty containers should be destroyed by perforation and flattening and never reused for any other purpose.
